About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work alongside our Project Manager. You will be responsible administering and organizing all project/ad hoc/internal activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager. This will include coordinating project schedules, internal work requests, resources, equipment and information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise meetings
  • Raise resource request
  • Create tasks lists for project teams
  • Provide basic training to users/customers as per the requirement of the project.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Assemble, maintain and collate project information/tasks/ad hoc work/internal work to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator within IT services.
  • Training skills (basic training on products like Office 365 etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong skills using MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Experience working on small to medium projects.
  • Project management certification is desirable (CAPM, Prince2)

Remuneration

A package relevant to experience and credentials will be tailored to suit the candidates.
