Graham chairs the Advisory Boards of Comunet and its associated company, Avinet. His focus is on the development and delivery of the Group’s strategic plan and on business improvement initiatives. Graham’s experience at Hills Limited over 20 years, initially focussed on financial management but in later roles specialised in strategic management and corporate governance. Under Graham's leadership, Hills turnover reached in excess of $1 billion, employed about 3,000 people and had a market capitalisation of around $300 million. Graham is also a non-executive director and advisor to the CEO of Universal Communications Limited, an unlisted public company and a leading provider of design and delivery solutions to telecommunications businesses, including nbnCo in Australia and Chorus Limited in New Zealand.

A founding Director of Comunet, Paul has over 30 years’ hands-on experience in the IT industry. Initially developing his career working in the retail and professional services sectors (Woolworths, KPMG and Galaxy TV) Paul pursued his passion for embedding IT as a key component of client strategic success and competitive advantage by co-founding Comunet in 1995. Paul is still active within Comunet and maintains a hands-on approach with staff and clients, which is his greatest enjoyment. In addition to his unwavering passion for clients and a bespoke solution approach, Paul also has a strong passion for the Comunet team with whom he takes an active mentoring role.

David has extensive knowledge across business value drivers bringing great insight to the Board at Comunet, of which he is a founding Director. David specialises in supporting fast growth businesses, advising, in particular, on valuations, mergers and acquisitions. David is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and an APEC card holder. Highly regarded by his peers, David has experience in presenting to industry bodies as well as providing insights to specialist economic and business survey publications, driving engagement with industry, government and policy makers. David joined BDO in 2013 where he is currently the Corporate Finance Partner.

The Chief Executive Officer of Comunet, Alexei has over 20 years experience across Retail, Product Management, Distribution and Technology. Alexei enjoys his role as an educator being an active presenter across forums both locally and across Australia to help clients, partners and staff understand the value that can be gleaned with technology. Passionate about building local economies, his drive is to continue building mutual success for both Clients and Comunet through a collaborative, people-led approach. Alexei also sits on the Board of both the Jodi Lee Foundation and Treasureboxes, assisting develop strategy and capability for two important South Australian charities.

Bringing over two decades of successful IT leadership including working as a highly respected senior consultant and leader at Comunet since 2017, Ben has played a pivotal role in steering the company to success. Renowned for expertise in cloud transformation, IT strategy and advisory services, he excels in leading professional services teams and delivering engagements to clients ranging from SMEs to enterprise and government entities. With a broad range of leadership, business and technical skills Ben places a strong emphasis on fostering a staff culture centred on professional development, team collaboration and delivery excellence. As the General Manager - Client Engagement, Ben's primary focus lies in establishing enduring and trustworthy relationships with our clients.

Bringing over 17 years of dedicated service to Comunet, Kasun exemplifies expertise and commitment within the organization. He embarked on his professional journey at Comunet, where he mastered a range of technologies including Citrix, Microsoft services, Networking, Security and Cloud Infrastructure. As a Consulting Practice Manager, Kasun leads a multitude of projects for clients across diverse industries, showcasing his adeptness in solution design, project delivery and client engagement. His tailored solutions and deep understanding of client needs cement his role as a trusted advisor, driving Comunet's continued success and building enduring client relationships. Kasun's insatiable curiosity fuels his passion for research and learning, enabling him to stay abreast of the latest products and technologies in the industry. His proactive approach to knowledge acquisition contributes significantly to Comunet's competitiveness in the market. Kasun takes pride in mentoring his colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to growth and innovation.
