Graham TwartzAdvisory Chairman to the Board
Graham chairs the Advisory Boards of Comunet and its associated company, Avinet. His focus is on the development and delivery of the Group’s strategic plan and on business improvement initiatives. Graham’s experience at Hills Limited over 20 years, initially focussed on financial management but in later roles specialised in strategic management and corporate governance. Under Graham's leadership, Hills turnover reached in excess of $1 billion, employed about 3,000 people and had a market capitalisation of around $300 million.
Graham is also a non-executive director and advisor to the CEO of Universal Communications Limited, an unlisted public company and a leading provider of design and delivery solutions to telecommunications businesses, including nbnCo in Australia and Chorus Limited in New Zealand.

Paul LewinExecutive Director
A founding Director of Comunet, Paul has over 30 years’ hands-on experience in the IT industry. Initially developing his career working in the retail and professional services sectors (Woolworths, KPMG and Galaxy TV) Paul pursued his passion for embedding IT as a key component of client strategic success and competitive advantage by co-founding Comunet in 1995. Paul is still active within Comunet and maintains a hands-on approach with staff and clients, which is his greatest enjoyment. In addition to his unwavering passion for clients and a bespoke solution approach, Paul also has a strong passion for the Comunet team with whom he takes an active mentoring role.

David FechnerNon-Executive Director
David has extensive knowledge across business value drivers bringing great insight to the Board at Comunet, of which he is a founding Director. David specialises in supporting fast growth businesses, advising, in particular, on valuations, mergers and acquisitions. David is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and an APEC card holder. Highly regarded by his peers, David has experience in presenting to industry bodies as well as providing insights to specialist economic and business survey publications, driving engagement with industry, government and policy makers. David joined BDO in 2013 where he is currently the Corporate Finance Partner.

John CraseNon-Executive Director
John practiced as a Chartered Accountant for over 25 years. He was a partner of international firm KPMG, before establishing his own business advisory firm in the mid 90’s. John was also a Fellow CPA and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. He has advised businesses across a range of industry segments including property, aviation, agriculture, and technology and was involved, as an adviser, in the establishment of Australia’s pay TV industry. He has previously held an equity interest in a financial planning business of which he was also a director. John is now retired and his sole business interests are in Comunet and its associated company, Avinet.
